Hello, I am Jennifer Toothman and my father Andrew Garlichs is my real estate partner with Long & Foster. After many years in the property management industry selling advertising and helping my clients make strategic marketing decisions I decided to follow in my father’s footsteps. Transitioning into a new career and starting my own business has been challenging but fun. I have never looked back and I am excited for the future.

Since I have been with Long & Foster I too have been able to attend a lot of training classes. I have become a home marketing specialist and I am certified in home staging. I am excited to use my knowledge to help my clients meet their real estate needs.
